Raul Hidalgo is a great teacher! I love his paintings and this class is broken down into layers to capture depth, light, tonal differentiation, brushstroke technique and color and color mixing. I have rewatched this class a few times. Raul’s teaching style is very accessible.
I hope you will offer future landscape watercolor classes with Raul. Deeply appreciative.

Thank you Raul for your time and effort to teach this class. I watched it as a recording and learned alot. I'm having a bit of a hard time mixing the colors at the right values as I go. I tend to use too much pigment compared to water. I've been painting in acrylics for about 5 years after 25 years with watercolor, so I have to practice more. I'm taking a trip to Europe and want to do sketching and some plein air painting so this lesson was valuable and interesting. I'm going to practice more before I leave!!
